Refund Policy

Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Important: Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid through NightlifePro are non-refundable. By completing a booking or purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit amount will not be returned under any circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before making any reservations or purchases.

1. Table Reservation Deposits

1.1 Deposit is Non-Refundable

The deposit paid at the time of booking a VIP table is strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:

  • Guest cancellation or change of plans
  • No-show on the reservation date
  • Dissatisfaction with the venue or service
  • Weather conditions or personal emergencies
  • Inability to meet dress code or entry requirements

1.2 Deposit Applied to Minimum Spend

Your deposit is applied toward the table's minimum spend requirement. For example, if your table has a $2,000 minimum spend and you paid a $500 deposit, you will need to spend an additional $1,500 at the venue to meet the minimum.

1.3 Revenue Split on Deposits

NightlifePro retains 10% of all non-refundable deposits as a platform service fee. The remaining 90% is allocated to the venue partner. This split is applied at the time the deposit is processed.

2. Final Charges

After your night at the venue, the final charge for your total spend (minus the deposit already paid) will be processed to your card on file. This final charge is also subject to the 90/10 revenue split between the venue and NightlifePro. Final charges are processed within 24-48 hours after the event night concludes.

Disputes on final charges must be raised within 48 hours of the charge being processed. Contact the venue directly for any discrepancies in your bill. NightlifePro is not responsible for the accuracy of venue-submitted final charges.

3. General Admission (GA) Tickets

3.1 GA Ticket Purchases

GA ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a GA ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all GA ticket types and price tiers.

3.2 Event Cancellation by Venue

In the rare event that a venue cancels an event after tickets have been sold, the venue is responsible for issuing refunds or offering alternative arrangements. NightlifePro will facilitate communication between the venue and ticket holders but is not directly liable for refunds in the case of venue-initiated cancellations.

4. Venue-Initiated Cancellations

If a venue cancels your confirmed reservation (not due to guest behavior or policy violations), the venue may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for a future visit or a partial refund. NightlifePro's 10% platform fee on the deposit is not refundable even in cases of venue-initiated cancellations.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate transaction processed through NightlifePro may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any future bookings. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank.
