We collect information related to your bookings and purchases, including: venue selections, table preferences, booking dates, guest counts, special requests, deposit amounts, final charges, GA ticket purchases, and confirmation codes.

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform, including: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs.

  • Process and manage your bookings and ticket purchases

  • Venue Partners: We share your name, contact information, booking details, and special requests with the venue where you have made a reservation so they can fulfill your booking.
  • Payment Processors: We share payment information with Stripe to process transactions securely.
  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or card expiration date on our servers. When you authorize us to keep your card on file for final charges after your visit, this authorization is managed securely through Stripe's tokenization system.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We retain transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years for financial and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account, but we may retain certain information as required by law.

You have the right to: access your personal information, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), opt out of promotional communications, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
